The Personal Efficiency Program (PEP®) was developed in 1984 in Sweden by Kerry Gleeson. Originally developed for Svenska Handelsbanken, one of Sweden’s largest banks, Kerry set out PEP®’s simple ‘Do it now’ methodology in his book “Personal Efficiency Program – How to get organized to do more work in less time,” which has sold over one million copies worldwide. Since then the world and the work environments we find ourselves in have changed a lot, both technologically and economically. PEP®’s durability in the face of such change is evidenced by it’s continued longevity. PEP® adapts easily to new work realities because it is not dependent on any specific technology or app: it focuses on the human element and that never changes.
